1. Who can qualify for this offer?
This offer is available to customers who purchase an eligible Flymo item between 1st June 2025 - 30th June 2025 from one of the participating retailers and have submitted a valid claim within the claim period.
2. What is the closing date for claims?
All claims must be received by midnight on 31st June 2025. Claims received after this date will not be accepted.
3. How and when do I get my gift?
Once you have submitted your claim, your claim will be validated within 10 days and if successful, you will receive an email confirming your gift is on its way. Please allow up to 3 weeks for dispatch of the gift from the date of the promoter's approval confirmation email. The gift will be sent to the postal address you have provided on the claim form.
4. I have not received my gift, what should I do?
If you have not received your gift in the time set out please contact us and we will look in to this for you.
5. I cannot upload my proof of purchase, is there another way to claim?
If you are struggling to upload your invoice to the claim page, please contact us and we will look into this for you.
6. I cannot locate the store I purchased my lawnmower from on the drop down list. Who can help?
Please confirm the store you have bought your item from is on the participating retailers list. This list can be found on our Terms and Conditions page here. If you are sure it is a participating retailer and you are still unable to locate your retailer after trying this, please contact us.
